Coconut Kiwi Smoothie plus banana

Ingredients for 2-4 glasses:

3 Teaspoon coconut oil
3 Kiwis
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
1 handful baby spinach
1 Banana
300 milliliter cold water

Preparation:

  • First peel and quarter the kiwis
  • Peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce and baby spinach
  • Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
