Coconut banana Smoothie with yoghurt and water
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
3 Teaspoon coconut oil
2 ripe bananas
1 Passion fruit
7 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliter cold water
Preparation:
- First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
- Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
