Coconut banana Smoothie with yoghurt
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
3 Teaspoon coconut oil
2 ripe bananas
1 Passion fruit
7 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliter cold water
Preparation:
• First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
