Coconut, banana & pear

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 bananas
2 pears
2 Teaspoon coconut oil
1 handful macadamia nuts
300 ml cow’s milk 

Preparation:

• First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Wash, core and quarter the pears
• Then roughly chop the macadamia nuts
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
