Chia spinach Smoothie with pears and water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

4 Tablespoons chia seeds
2 Pears
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
300 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces
• Now wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
