Chia Avocado Smoothie with Rosehip Tea

Ingredients for 2-4 glasses:

3 Tabelspoon Chia seeds
3 Avocados
300 milliliter Rosehip Tea
Agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First boil the tea fresh and let it cool completely
• Now halve the avocados, pit them and roughly chop the flesh
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
