Breakfast Smoothie with frozen berries and pears
Ingredients for 2-4 people:
3 bananas
1 cup frozen berries (mixed)
2 Pears
4 Tablespoon oatmeal
5 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
150 milliliter cold water
150 milliliter whole milk
agave syrup or honey
Preparation:
• First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Now peel, core and dice the pears
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until creamy
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
