Breakfast Smoothie with almonds and hazelnuts

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Bananas
1 handful almonds
1 handful hazelnuts
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
5 Teaspoon oat flakes
300 milliliter almond milk
Half Teaspoon cinnamon 

Preparation:

• First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Clean and roughly chop the hazelnuts
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
