Blueberry strawberry Smoothie with fruit tea and chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

300 milliliter fruit tea

100 gram blueberries

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 Bananas

2 Tablespoons chia seeds 

Preparation:

· First boil the fresh tea and let it cool completely

· select and wash the blueberries

· Peel the banana and break it into pieces

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend and enjoy
