Blueberry Smoothie with milk

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

150 gram fresh blueberries
4 Tablespoons oat flakes
2 bananas
4 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
300 milliliter milk 

Preparation:

• First sort and wash the blueberries
• Peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
