Blueberry Smoothie chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

100 gram blueberries

2 Pears

2 Bananas

3 Tablespoons natural yoghurt

3 Tablespoons chia seeds

300 milliliter water 

Preparation:

· First sort and wash the blueberries

· Peel and halve the banana

· Now wash, core and quarter the pears

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend and enjoy
