Blackberry Smoothie with watermelon

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 piece watermelon

200 g blackberries

1 red apple

300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

· First peel and roughly dice the watermelon

· Sort and wash the blackberries and blueberries

· Then wash, core and quarter the apple

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
