Blackberry lamb’s lettuce Smoothie with spirulina

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

150 gram fresh blackberries
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
2 Teaspoon spirulina
300 milliliter coconut water 

Preparation:

• First wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce
• Then sort and wash the blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
