Blackberry Apple Smoothie with Yoghurt
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
150 gram blackberries
1 red apple
2 Tablespoons oat flakes
7 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliter milk
Preparation:
• First sort and wash the raspberries
• Wash, core and quarter the apple
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
