Mango kiwi Smoothie with coconut water and chia seeds

2 манго
1 банан
1 круша
2 Teaspoon chia seeds
300 ml coconut water
Приготвяне:
- First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
- Now peel the banana and break it into thick pieces
- Then wash, core and quarter the pear
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
