Ginger Tangerine Smoothie
Съставки за 2 чаши:
a small piece of ginger
1 can mandarins
2 нектарини
1 банан
300 милилитра студена вода
Приготвяне:
• First peel the ginger
• Remove the tangerines from the can and pass through a sieve
• Then wash, core and roughly chop the nectarines
- Обелете банана и го разрежете наполовина
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
