Spinach rocket Smoothie with kale

1 шепа бейби спанак

1 шепа ракета

2 Kale leaves

1 червена ябълка

300 мл студена вода 

Приготвяне:

· First wash and clean the baby spinach, rocket and kale

· Wash, core and quarter the apple

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
