Breakfast Smoothie with pears and cinnamon

2 круши

1 handful hazelnuts

8 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

1 Teaspoon cinnamon

· First wash, core and quarter the pears

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
