Berry Coconut Smoothie with Soy Yoghurt

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 cup frozen berries
1 handful fresh mint
1 Banana
7 Teaspoon soy yoghurt
300 ml coconut water 

Preparation:

• First, peel the banana and cut it in half
• Now wash the mint
• Then blend all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and enjoy
