Basil Smoothie with mint tea and chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful lamb’s lettuce
5 basil leaves
2 Pears
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
300 milliliter Peppermint Tea 

Preparation:

• First boil the tea fresh and let it cool
• Wash the lettuce and basil
• Wash, core and quarter the pears
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
