Banana, yoghurt & matcha powder

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 bananas
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt (alternatively soy yoghurt)
1 pear
12 Teaspoon matcha powder
300 milliliter cow’s milk or soy milk 

Preparation:

• First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Wash, core and quarter the pear
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
