Banana Smoothie with physalis and chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

5 Physalis fruits
2 Bananas
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First remove the physalis fruits from the dried leaves and wash them
• Now peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
