Banana Pears Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
3 bananas
2 Pears
7 Tablespoon oatmeal
300 milliliter almond milk
5 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
2 Tablespoon agave syrup or honey
Preparation:
• First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Peel, core and dice the pears
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree finely
• Finally, pour into glasses and serve
