Banana Oatmeal Almond milk Smoothie
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
2 bananas
5 Tablespoon oat flakes
250 milliliter whole milk
50 milliliter almond milk
Preparation:
• First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree finely
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
