Banana coconut Smoothie with oatmeal and agave syrup 

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

4 bananas
79 Teaspoon oat flakes
200 milliliter coconut milk
100 milliliter cold water
3 Tablespoon agave syrup

Preparation:

• First peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
