Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

125 gram blueberries
125 gram raspberries
2 Bananas
300 milliliter cold water
1 Teaspoon honey 

Preparation:

• First sort and wash the blueberries and raspberries
• Peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
