Baby spinach Smoothie with ginger and pineapple

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 banana
1 large piece of pineapple
1 red apple
1 small piece of ginger
300 ml cold water

Preparation:

• First clean and roughly chop the pineapple
• Peel the banana and cut it in half
• Now wash, core and quarter the apple
• Then peel the ginger and cut it in half
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
