Avocado Yoghurt Smoothie with Matcha Powder
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Avocados
5 Teaspoon lupine yoghurt
2 Teaspoon oat flakes
1 Teaspoon matcha powder
300 milliliter soy milk
Preparation:
• First pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
