Avocado yoghurt Smoothie with mangoes and coconut milk

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

2 mangos
1 avocado
2 bananas
5 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 ml coconut milk

Preparation:

• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Pit the avocado and also roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
