Avocado raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Avocados
125 gram fresh raspberries
1 red apple
300 milliliter water
Preparation:
• First pit the avocados and roughly dice the flesh
• Sort and wash the raspberries
• Then wash, core and quarter the apple
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
