Avocado ginger Smoothie with sultanas

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 small piece of ginger

2 Avocados

1 handful sultanas

300 milliliter milk 

Preparation:

· First peel and halve the ginger

· Pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
