Avocado banana Smoothie with mint tea

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

300 ml peppermint tea

1 handful lamb’s lettuce

1 handful baby spinach

1 Avocado

1 Banana 

Preparation:

· First, boil the tea fresh and let it cool completely

· Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce and baby spinach

· Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh

· Now peel the bananas and cut them in half

· Then put the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
