Avocado banana Smoothie with coconut

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 Avocados
2 Tablespoon coconut oil
2 Bananas
300 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup or honey 

Preparation:

• First pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
