Avocado Banana Smoothie with Blackberries

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Avocados
2 Bananas
1 handful blackberries
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First, pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
• Then sort out and wash the blackberries
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
