Arugula coconut Smoothie with blueberries

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

3 leaves lettuce
200 g fresh blueberries
2 Bananas
300 ml coconut water 

Preparation:

• First, wash and clean the lettuce
• Now sort and wash the blueberries
• Then peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
