Apple Smoothie with dates and kiwis

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 red apples
2 Kiwis
3 Dates
300 ml water 

Preparation:

• Wash, core and quarter the apples
• Then remove the stones from the dates
• Then peel the kiwis and cut them into quarters
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy
