Apple pineapple coconut Smoothie

Ingredients for 2-4 people:

2 red apples
Half a pineapple
2 Teaspoon coconut oil
300 milliliter cold water
Honey or agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First wash the apples, core them and cut them into pieces
• Peel the pineapple and also dice it
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree finely
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
