Apple mango Smoothie with chia seeds
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
2 red apples
12 Mangoes
2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Banana
300 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup
Preparation:
• Wash, core and chop the red apples
• Now peel the mangoes and also roughly chop the flesh
• Then peel the banana and cut into slices
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish with agave syrup, pour into the glasses and serve immediately
