Apple blackberry Smoothie with avocado and water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 apples
1 handful blackberries
1 avocado
A few mint leaves
300 ml cold water

Preparation:

• First wash the apples, core them and cut them into pieces
• Sort and wash the blackberries
• Then pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
