Apple blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 red apples
1 Banana
1 handful fresh blackberries
350 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First peel, core and dice the apples
• Peel the banana and cut it in half
• Now wash and sort the blackberries
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
