Apple Apricot Smoothie with Soy Milk
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 handful baby spinach
3 Apricots
2 red apples
300 milliliter soy milk
Preparation:
• Wash the baby spinach first
• Wash, core and quarter the apples
• Now wash and pit the apricots
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
