Figs avocado Smoothie and ginger

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

3 fresh figs
1 small piece of ginger
2 Avocados
1 handful baby spinach
300 milliliter cold water
2 Teaspoon honey 

Preparation:

• First wash the figs, clean them thoroughly and cut them into rough pieces
• Peel the ginger and cut in half
• Then pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Now wash and clean the baby spinach
