Good mood breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 Banana
1 handful blueberries
7 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
1 handful macadamia nuts
300 milliliter whole milk
Preparation:
• First, peel the banana and break it into pieces
• Sort and wash the blueberries
• Now roughly chop the nuts
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
