Dandelion ginger spinach Smoothie with limes
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
3 Dandelion leaves
1 handful baby spinach
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
1 small piece of ginger
1 sour apple
Juice of one lime
Preparation:
• First wash and clean the dandelion, lamb’s lettuce and baby spinach thoroughly
• Peel and halve the ginger
• Now also wash, core and quarter the apple
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
