Plum Banana Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

4 Plums

1 Banana

5 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

300 ml cold water 

Preparation:

· First peel the figs, clean them thoroughly and chop them coarsely

· Now wash, core and roughly chop the pears

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
