Ginger pear Smoothie with mint
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 medium piece of ginger
2 Pears
1 handful mint
300 milliliter cold water
Preparation:
· First peel the ginger and cut in half
· Wash, core and quarter the pears
· Now wash the mint
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
