Almond Smoothie with raspberries

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

3 Teaspoon oat flakes

10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

2 Teaspoon edible curd

250 g raspberries

300 milliliter whole milk 

Preparation:

· First sort out the raspberries and wash them

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
