Breakfast Smoothie with oatmeal
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Bananas
1 handful oatmeal
1 handful walnuts
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliter almond milk
Preparation:
· First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
· Clean and roughly chop the walnuts
· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
