Kiwi Smoothie with yoghurt
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Apples
2 Kiwis
1 handful baby spinach
300 ml almond milk
5 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
Preparation:
· First wash and core the pears
· Peel and quarter the kiwis
· Wash and clean the spinach
· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
