Apple Smoothie watermelon and mint

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 red apples

1 large piece of watermelon

1 handful fresh mint

250 ml cold water

Preparation:

  • First wash, core and quarter the apples
  • Then peel and core the watermelon and cut into cubes
  • Then wash the mint
  • Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
